No, there isn't.
That would be funny though. But no. Straight up, my hard drives goes on this insane spaz and it gets out of control. I could make an espresso, a cappuccino and with enough time to wash all the dishes and a full wipe-down of my counters and if I'm lucky, the fucking thing is still going berserk. It's like it hit VTEC and it's stuck there forever.
Edit: Just saw your previous post. Disk is defrag'd regularly. I looked up CCleaner. I have to pay for that shit? Man, how the hell am I going to afford my dry cappuccinos and espresso when I'm out?

CCleaner should be free, if you haven't had it formatted in 5 years though I'd say it's well overdue.

The PC shows 3GB of ram, 2.75 of which is usable. Going into Task Manager > Performance shows the following:
I only have Outlook, Chrome, Skype, and Hangouts running.
Edit: I think upgrading this PC is pointless. Am I just better off buying a custom built PC? | Click through the Resource Monitor and the Memory tab. Sort by Working Set.
What does that show?

But yeah... pretty sure swapping from running out of physical memory is your problem.
Keep an eye on the "Free" and "Cached" numbers and see how it changes corresponding to before and after the next time your machine gets unresponsive.
Programs are way too memory hungry these days.

Chrome does this thing where it opens multiple instances of itself to run various things, for "effeciency".
It comes with it's own internal Taskmanager (I think Shift + Escape) when in Chrome - and you can see what exactly in Chrome is killing the system.

if your hard drive has space left in it, try doubling your page file. Quote: To change the size of the virtual memory paging file
You must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group in order to complete this procedure. If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may also prevent you from completing this procedure.
1.
Open System in Control Panel.
2.
On the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.
3.
On the Advanced tab, under Virtual memory, click Change.
4.
Under Drive [Volume Label], click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change.
5.
Under Paging file size for selected drive, click Custom size, and type a new paging file size in megabytes in the Initial size (MB) or Maximum size (MB) box, and then click Set.
If you decrease the size of either the initial or maximum page file settings, you must restart your computer to see the effects of those changes. Increases typically do not require a restart.
