Adapter for Honda Shift knob in a BMW?

I have a blox spherical shift knob that I wanted to use in my 03+ Z4 which has a press fit style stick

Can any Bimmer owner recommend a local store that has an adapter available for less than $40?

I have looked at TWM, but it seems like spending $60 USD on an adapter is not quite affordable solution ( as much as my shift knob)
