Provincial inspection, do they care about interior?

Hey guys I'm looking at importing a car from the us that has a stripped interior and rear seats removed. The gauges are working and the front seats are fine though would a inspector give me trouble?

thanks

I could see them finding some reason to.
If anything safety related has been tampered with/changed or make to work differently in the interior I would imagine they could give you issues about it.
I have only ever done this a few times so no expert and I always had complete assembled vehicles being inspected.

Could call an inspection facility and ask?

I got a buddy who does provincial and federal inspections at his shop. He won't care about interior as long as its safe and drives well.
