How to obtain a free Vancouver phone number?
 

I don't have a canada phone number, but need one for a few applications I'm applying for. I am curious if there are any apps or voip that can give me a local Vancouver number that can either forward to my mobile in HK or just use as an app. Preferably free or low cost.

If there are any other alternatives, I would love to hear them.

I use Fongo when I am in the US. Great app.

I'm using VoIP.ms as my VoIP provider. Pretty good overseas rates and a Canadian company as well. Their monthly rates are pretty reasonable. I usually just have my phone # forwarded to the VoIP # which forwards to whatever number I happen to be using at the time in the foreign country.
