Went to Mystery Lake on Mount Seymour on April 19th. Took a dip in the lake and man was it still cold. No one was really there at the time but I bet there were tons of people there today as the weather is so nice!

Here's some pics of a real life pokemon. LOL

Did Lindeman Lake about a month ago. The lake was nice but the hike was short and easy. Got to the lake in about 50 minutes.

not much of a hike (took maybe an hour and a half) but was my first one in a sadly long time. went up to hicks lake and did the perimetre hike. very good for beginners as not much elevation.

Quarry rock was good as a casual hike...now i just find it's always crowded

So far this year i've gone around in Belcarra and Minnekhada...i've got plans to head out to Golden Ears and Mount Gardner hopefully in June. Anyone ever gone to Mount Gardner? How was it?

I'm hoping to do Crown Mountain by August.

Always see pictures of hikes from Quarry Rock on Instagram, how long does it take to get to the top?

Yes. But in all honesty, we used to just let our dog off his leash everywhere.

Done quite a few this year so far; Seymour, Dog Mountain, Quarry Rock, Chief 2x, Grouse Grind.

Finally this past Monday did the Lions. Difficult hike for the most part, 9kms up with no real breaks, took a touch over 3 hours to get up and about 2:20 to get down. Hung out at the top for about an hour and had lunch. Definitely one of the most rewarding hikes around the Vancouver area but remember to pack enough water and give yourself plenty of time to get back down, not an easy trek tho for the average hiker

and a wicked 360* panoramic shot I got

im down if its a sunday night to monday morning ^

ice caves and beckler peak(5000feet elevation, even encountered a bear as big a hatchback civic) in washington, it was a far drive from vancouver and + you have to hike for hours... but definitely a very worthy hike for killing those calves haha
