Kelowna/Okanagan

Any recommendations on a hotel/vacation home that can accommodate at least 6 people, max 10 without a strict noise policy?

What with the forest fires right now, is it still alright to stay in Kelowna/Summerland region? I've seen evacuations for Osoyoos in the last few days.

Mission Hill is beautiful

Cedar Creek was one of the more informative ones

Anyone thinking of coming up be sure to check DriveBC for construction delays, the Coq has construction near the summit that's been causing some ~1hr delays. If you have a little extra time and enjoy driving I suggest taking the Hope-Princeton (1 or 7 to Hope, 3 to Princeton, 5A up to 97C). It's some slightly different scenery and takes about 30-45 mins more but is a lot more fun than the Coq imo.

Osoyoos is 2 hours from Kelowna, you can check the maps Interactive Maps - BC Wildfire Service - Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations - Province of British Columbia but the nearest significant fires are 2 hrs from Kelowna and an hour from Summerland.
