have to feel bad about those ducks eventually right... can't even buy a goal here

radioman 10-26-2015 07:09 PM

Those flames though

Tim Budong 10-26-2015 07:17 PM

holyshit what a shot

Not really racist! 10-26-2015 08:31 PM

Mike the GOAT Santorelli leading the Ducks team with 1G 1A -1

spoon.ek9 10-26-2015 10:06 PM

damn, didn't realize the flames were 2-7 already.

i dunno...we're winless at home and the kids are stapled to the bench and considered lucky if their TOI reaches 9 minutes.
Somehow, i think the Ducks will be just fine.

plus we're probably gonna get raped hard by the Habs tonight
and Virt and McCann will play like 3 fucking minutes

hell, if we lose in OT tonight or if the kids play 10 minutes, it's already exceeded my expectations.

We're one win above Calgary.

I wouldn't get too down on the Flames just yet.

:lol

ducks can't even buy a goal. but i agree with everything else you've said on the "kids"

I dont rmb how much bo played in his 9 games either..but Virt and McCann are doing somethings right

as for Ben Hutton..he's pretty a lock right...

6o4__boi 10-27-2015 08:57 AM

ducks will right the ship either with a new coach or the same coach but i can't see them shitting the bed this year
...mind you they did go on a pretty good tear last season and led the league in one goal games won (or something) so it could be just the law of averages finally coming to get them

they'll go on a goal fest one night and then it'll be easy goings from there

Hutton makes Sbisa look like a defenceman...so i'm pretty sure he stays.

TSN had a stat about the Ducks.
Last season the Ducks were shut out in only 4 games all season.
So far in 8 games, they have been shut out 5 times and only scored 6 goals in the other 3 games.
At least 3 NHL players have more goals than the entire Ducks team. :rukidding:

I'm a little confused about the last sentence. Sounds like you are trashing Hutton, but I know you are not.

WD did shorten Hutton's leash playing against Detroit. He was down to <15 minutes when he was usually in the 18+ range.

Sounds like there is a lot of line shuffling at yesterday's practice.

6o4__boi 10-27-2015 09:46 AM

i was trashing Sbisa lol

Hutton makes him look like a dman when he's paired with him, cus Sbisa is a mess when hes paired with anyone else

But yeah, now that you mention it, it does kinda look like i'm raggin on ol' Benny there.
Maybe that growing divide between what i think and what i say/write is starting to really grow lol.

Surprised to see that the Habs are only slight favourites to win tonight on playnow.

1.87 vs. 1.94

radioman 10-27-2015 10:06 AM

Horvat was on a similar icetime that say mccann is on currently that year at the start of the season.

Penalty/powerplay on the det game hurt the kids icetime.

Higgins on the team this morning saying he isn't allowed to play until the 30th and Linden said he is still about 1-2 weeks away.

highfive 10-27-2015 10:28 AM

I have a feeling McCann and Hutton stays. Virtanen might be sent down.

Problem is how much will he learn from playing in junior.

murd0c 10-27-2015 10:38 AM

Virtanen getting ice is the most important thing and at least him being up here right now shows him what he needs to do to improve his game so he can fully make the team next year. 100% fact Hutton stays and I have a feeling McCann stays as well.

CRS 10-27-2015 10:48 AM

Playing the Habs tonight and with Halloween just around the corner, I thought this was fitting.

6o4__boi 10-27-2015 11:11 AM

i feel like i haven't seen enough of Virtanen
I can't tell if he's been good or if he's been bad because of the total lack of ice time
i've had glimpses of what he can do
he's had some decent hits and some opportunities but after those shifts he almost always doesn't play for the rest of the fucking game

i feel for the kid, any sport, how the hell are you supposed to get your feet going when you're riding the pine?

Like I said, i'm no NHL coach but what Willie is doing, it's fucked up.
I dunno if the dosage on his pain medication from hip surgery is fucking with him, i don't know if he's all there, but under no circumstance should potential top six players be playing less than 7-8 minutes a night. Especially to begin a fucking season.
That's how you destroy confidence and ruin a prospect...and we have enough of those to go around thirty fucking stanley cups and the moon
ok, i'm lying but you get the point.

Canucks are so random... I actually wouldn't be too surprised if they somehow pull out with a win, only to get shit-kicked again for the next few games.

SumAznGuy 10-27-2015 04:49 PM

Dan Hamhuis is not playing tonight. Lower body injury.
Eek.

murd0c 10-27-2015 05:06 PM

I'm ok with that

TjAlmeida 10-27-2015 05:13 PM

I'm looking forward to when the Arizona coyotes come to town, specially if domi, duclair, and that young defenceman are still lighting it up. Doesn't matter win or lose going to the game, watching the skill some young stars posses is great to watch.

LsquareD 10-27-2015 06:14 PM

Tsunami :megusta:

AzNightmare 10-27-2015 06:23 PM

Canadiens haven't let in a first period goal all season...

:fuckthatshit:

6o4__boi 10-27-2015 06:26 PM
