On November 11th, Ray Ferraro was on the radio referencing Miller for having large equipment and pads. Miller was very defensive and took a few shots at Ferraro.

Prior to those comments, Miller was playing decent: 14G, 2.33GAA, .916 SV%

After the comments, Miller appeared in 7 games, 3.15GAA, .901 SV%

As for kenins he is a beast needed his hitting and for check all year! I'm pretty sure Bo missed him too on his line! He didn't play lots or at all in the third same for Sven and mccan!

sven tonight wasn't bad i think he had a few chances! This goes for everyone on the team I mean other then the sedin line every line is changed every game! How are goes suppose to get familiar with their line mates to create any chemistry....i mean mccann for fuck sakes was playing with dorsett and prust...later in the game WD noticed it wasn't working which is weird for him since it takes him forever to adapt and he changed who mccann played with!

like i said before this team is fucked with a terrible coach who doesn't know what to do! can't adapt can't win plain and simple!

Vey averaged more than 13 mins (felt longer) last season
This year so far, Sven's averaged about 10 mins, last game he had about 8 mins of ice time which isn't really enough to do shit if they expect you to take on a top 6 role

I know Hamhuis has been playing like shit but last night stood out out to me...the guy was fucking up offensive plays, couldn't complete fucking passes and looked like a fucking pylon overall. There's deterioration with age and then there's goddamned Dan Hamhuis.

Vey also got top unit pp time as well! While sven either gets 2nd unit time which is like nothing or just doesnt get a sniff on the pp...this to me is all coaching I have come to the fact that young guys/rookies will never get a legitimate shot unless they have an outstanding season like Bo did last year...WD said last year when Bo was on the team before he broke out that he didnt like having a rookie/young guy on the team..well you know what WD fuck you and this year you have a shit load of young guys so play them u dumb fuck!

Cracknell is a very serviceable 4th line center that kills penalties too. But for the life of me, I don't know why WD had him on the ice with Prust and Vrbata when they were down by 1 goal and just killed off the penalty.

One thing they mentioned on the broadcast was that with Sutter's injury, BoHo is logging the most PK time on the team.
I don't think BoHo is having sophomore slumps but has been pushed into a position that is very draining on him.

Hammer's problem is that his defensive game has deteriorated while he is trying to up his offensive game. He never took this many chances in the past and he was never known to be an offensive threat.
But the Canucks have him working with the skills coach, trying to turn him into someone he just isn't.
I noticed last year Bieska had to leave his post to help Hammer out in the defensive end which obviously led to goals. Most people blamed Bieska for leaving his side but I saw him trying to help Hammer out. I honestly think Bieska knew something was up with Hammer since last year.

The broadcast also mentioned Kennis suffered a dislocated knee in the playoffs last year which was why he came into camp under prepared and didn't have the best training camp. Hopefully, he is 100% and able to help out BoHo.

Sven didn't look too bad last night. He made some great moves but just lacked the finish.
But he seemed a little weak was he was not able to fight for the puck along the boards. This maybe one area that he needs to work on. He deffinately ain't no Virtanen when it comes to physicalness.

And WD really needs to stop riding Miller's dick. He needs a break. There is no way a 35 year old should be leading the league for TOI.

And did anyone watch Cory Hirsch don the pads over his suit in the first intermission? That was funny but he made a good point about why Miller was getting beat on the short side.
I loved the part when the other guy took a shot and Hirsch mentioned he wasn't wearing a cup. :troll:

before yesterdays game WD said he was thinking of going with markstrom but ended up going with Miller when he said that i knew we were going to lose...this coach makes mistakes after mistake! the whole coaching staff at that is shit...pk sucks and pp sucks! The pp is where this year we have had so many chances to either get back in the game or win games but never produces someone needs to be accountable!

If canucks miss the playoffs this year bad which I am kind of hoping because it doesnt looking promissing with this team...Im hoping the coaching staff will be fired! Bring back crow and tell matthews to come along as well haha
