Down 20%+ in viewership doesn't surprise me. The games are not appointment viewing for me anymore, nor is it for my friends. We used to get together almost every game and go watch together or a bar etc. the team is just completely unappealing right now and not entertaining to watch.

I don't think there would be many takers because Aquillini would likely retain ownership of Rogers Arena. Who wants to own an NHL team if you have to lease the arena to play home games? The arena and the real estate development company are the money-makers for him.
