You see flashes of it, Virtanen is fast his stride is effortless, he's got good sense he's just struggling with the speed of the game and less time before defences close on him and men that are his size or bigger. He will put it all together I think.

i'm more curious watching him than Virtanen

gotcha! well the way i see it canucks will have to be fucking bad to even come close to top 5 over all and i mean fucking bad! the way the pacfic division is if canucks play .500 hockey they still have a legitimate shot and the playoffs ie no top 5 pick

What are the chances of JB trading Vrbata to rebuild the team with draft picks AND make sure the team tanks for the rest of the season. 
I think Aquaman will pressure Dim Jim to make the team "competitive" in order for the boss to get some playoff revenue. The big boss is gonna pull the strings of JB like a puppet despite telling the media that Linden and JB have "full autonomy" on hockey related decisions.

Vrbata already told Ian Mac that he will have say where he will get traded.
So it's not an IF, its a WHEN.
He also said that Higgins has no trade value. Put him on waivers, hes a pylon out there. Bring up Gaunce in his place.
