I don't get why if the return is so low just dump fuckin Markstrom... I'm so sure if they explained to Eddie they need to extend him 1 more year at a lower rate until Miller's 3 year is over and then sign him to #1 goalie money and make him the starter at that point he would have done it in a heartbeat.

I don't know about you guys but I got the feeling the young guys on the team were blossoming and growing up with Lack included in that group... Seems an awful idea to break that up for a 3rd.

Great now even Edmonton has a great goalie, improved somewhat on defence and a young stars forward lineup.

The worst thing about this upcoming season? We're not quite bad enough to finish in the bottom 5. Heck, even if we did I'm sure the Canucks would find a way to lose the lottery.
