It was so much fun watching these two suit up and score again! Sakic's wrist shot still deadly as ever ( https://www.nhl.com/video/sakic-goes...912/c-41878303) 
It's still crazy to think that out of Sakic's entire 20 year career in the NHL, he was at least a PPG player for 15 of those 20 years. Even when he missed his PPG status, he was still so damn close with the exception of his rookie season. Absolutely phenomenal
88/89 (rookie) = 62 pts in 70 games
97-98 = 63 pts in 64 games
01/02 = 79 pts in 82 games
07/08 = 40 pts in 44 games
08/09 (retired) = 12 pts in 15 games

In my younger years or when I worked graveyards I liked being on the west coast so I could sleep in and wake up to collective trades all at once.

by waiting this long I dont know if JB can pull something of with eveyone else already pulling the trigger...hawks pretty much are set all people are saying that are left are dallas and pitt..but who knows if hammer wants to go there..

Everyone else is right up at the cap, or not really a true contender. Hard to look at almost anyone else in the west and say they've got a better shot than the Hawks, maybe ducks, I'd put kings and stars in the second tier bracket

caps could be back in it they just waived laich who is making 4.5mill and john carlsson is out for 3-4 weeks so hammer might go to caps thats if he fucking waives and doesnt be a bitch about it
