Leafs lost Elisha Cuthbert and April Reimer to this rebuild but they acquired Julianne Hough so things are looking good so far.

Im thinking this Hamhuis thing isn't happening because of his desire to remain in Vancouver
at 32, theres still a few years left for him. He could very well fit in with Dallas' plan for the next few years
but because of his desires to remain in Vancouver, JB isn't getting the return he wants

I think LA makes sense because Chicago loaded up so much for the playoff run. You know that they'll meet eventually.

Benning has no leverage in trading Hamhuis when you have that no trade clause in Hammer's contract. These NTC's are gonna give the team a weaksauce return if a trade does happen. 
I think Hammer will waive his NTC if A) the team has a legitimate chance of winning a championship this season and B) he would want to live in that city even if it is only for a few months.
West coast bias comes into play? Would Hammer choose LA over Washington?

I listen to the morning show quite a bit just because I can't stand the FM radio. And yea it's fuxking brutal.
Everything Pratt speaks about is hyperbole, like every major story he brings up, super fucking annoying.
I did at a laugh today though at Pratt, and I don't disagree
