Picking 4th is fine by me. The lottery system is stupid but it is what it is. A 20% chance at winning is individually better than nothing so I'll take it.

Pierre-Luc Dubois is turning out to be the consensus #4 pick at this point. A big portion of his points are primary points, which is the opposite for Tkachuck, and he's been playing great this year

At the time this was posted, this wasn't true. A VAN ROW combined with a CBJ OTL would've resulted in CBJ finishing 28th as VAN held the tie-breaker (tied in ROW, VAN won season series).
