i think i need to correct my posture, every now and then i notice myself slouch , specially playing guitar etc. (when i do notice it - i do correct it, but few min later)
I'm not going to say don't get one, but what you should be doing is building up your back muscles. This will pull your shoulders back help you to not slouch especially when doing something front heavy like playing guitar.
