Probably going to get some fails for this, but I'm sick and tired of people thinking they're going to be some moral super-hero by taking the situation into their own hands.

BMW is obviously a dick no disputing that. On the other hand the truck driver isn't helping matters by 'instigating' the BMW driver. Trolling the BMW for being a dick is going to get a reaction out of him one way or another. These are the types that cannot be reasoned with hence the inconsiderate parking job in the first place.

This is just ego between two people and in the end leads to heated conflict. No different than road rage. Incidents like these can sometimes even escalate to death when the parties involved get so enraged that the rationale part of the brain turns off.

In the end, both the truck driver and the BMW driver end up losing. Just take a picture of the BMW driver's ridiculous parking job and then shame him on Revscene. Point made just as equally and conflict averted.

Truck owner is a passive-aggressive fucking loser who went out of his way to annoy someone else in a COMPLETELY EMPTY LOOKING PARKING LOT.


I wouldn't have taken a bat to the truck but I definitely would have said something to the owner.


Seriously, passive-aggressive retards are the worst. I see them all the time when driving doing shit just to slow other drivers down, inconvenience other people for their own sense of "justice".


When I was younger and highly social, I would meet girls all the time who would want to sit next to me at social events or dance with me at clubs. How many times did their beta orbiter friends try and cock block me simply out of passive-aggressive jealousy? Same shit. Instead of those losers going on with their own night and looking for their own girl, they would just cock block me.

I understand social critique and criticism has its place in the world, but parking next to someone like that is NOT criticism if the parking lot is empty.

Same shit goes for being in a club full of women, if there are ample opportunities to chat with lots of girls, fuck off and find your own woman. I get it if the place had 3-4 chicks to 10+ guys, you have to be competitive.

If someone else parks like a douche in an empty parking lot, you should be prepared to not give a fuck.

The stupidity of some people astounds me.... because this guy felt the need to emphasize the fact that he is some entitled shitbag who thinks his 1998 BMW is somehow more important than anyone else's car, he now:

A) Is humiliated on his online forum
B) Has his name easily Google-able (good luck getting another job when it's clear you have anger management/violence issues)
C) And he is now the subject of a police investigation.

This idiot parks his BMW in a douche manner, to avoid dings, and buddy guy parks his truck trolling him, but doesn't actually damage his car in any way.

Then the guy who's just trying to protect his own car proceeds take a baseball bat to the other party's car, and then drives away thinking he's the one who's been wronged.

I'm been tempted to do that to people when they take up two spots all the time. That BMW driver is a complete fucken moron and I hope he has the book tossed at him.

What's the point of getting punched in the mouth or gettin your own car fucked up just to teach someone a lesson they are too stupid to learn anyways. If it bothers you that much, just get them a ticket. It's way more satisfying anyways.

I would never do that since I'm more mature then that but it still drives me crazy especially when the parking lot is full.

There are so many things that surprised me
1. The guy admits wrong doing on the Internet.
2. The guy actually "restored" a e38?!
3. Was expecting it to be in the US, but it happened in Ontario!

shame the truck didn't have a tow strap/hook on it (or did it?) and he could just drag the bmw to some other place :lol

Open parking lot, not really affecting anyone else, save your passive aggression for something else.

Compare that to the time some out of town dipshit parked their RV in the trailer tie-down stall at the boat launch, causing EVERYONE launching their boat grief as now they had to back down the ramp at a difficult angle slowing everything down and backing up the whole boat ramp. THAT is a situation when it's reasonable to get pissed enough to do something.

there are no winners here. and according to the article the truck was being driven by the brother of the owner.

so he's even dumber for f'ing around in his bros truck which had a phone number on it.

SO MUCH FUCKING FAIL HERE.

I didn't notice at first, but the truck couldn't fit in the stall that he was in, because of a donation bin...so naturally he had to move to the right, which the bmw driver, oddly, left open to the truck driver, when he could have so easily parked where the 150 is parked and had avoided the whole mess.

So I posted this in my Facebook page.. One of my friends recognized the BMW and actually knows who did the restoration work on it. He mentioned that this BMW was owned by a younger dude, who acts like a douche..
