Don't be afraid to shop around - you have options. Don't forget the RS sponsors and other independent shops. Prices may vary, but sometimes, the sponsors will go above and beyond for you and to keep you as a customer.

The service lady told me that $370 includes new pads, machined rotors and lubing calipers, not sure if the 1/2hr labour was included or not...
