Yup, that's exactly what I am doing. I am no longer communicating with my adjuster anymore, it's with his manager now and will just keep appealing until they side in my favor or force the other driver to show up to a claim centre for a match up.
I have already sent my story to Linda Steele from CTV and they said they have a contact with ICBC that may be able to help me so they have forwarded it onto their ICBC contact.
I did call the police after I filed my hit and run claim but unfortunately I left the scene and called the police when I got home and they said that since I left the scene there's nothing they can do and that my claim with ICBC will suffice.
