Request: anyone with a 2015 mustang gt with MF or roush axleback? Want to hear this in person. Having trouble deciding what to get for mine. Magnaflow is deep but pretty quiet overall i've been told Roush has good sound and bang for buck but can be almost too loud and not as deep sounding. bit more raspy/higher pitched at higher rpms. Anyone got one I could listen to? |
:rukidding: It's a V8 mustang, if you run a drinking straw as an exhaust it will still sound incredible. Trust me, you can't go wrong. Pitch and tone may be different, but its still one of the most satisfying V8 engine sounds you can get in the world. |
I'll try and find my buddies exhaust video. '13 mustang GT. Aftermarket headers and x pipes but kept the stock axle back so it's not too onnoxiois |
Roush is best. Go with that |
Borla hands down, that is the music of the gods. I ran the s types with kooks long tubes on my 2010. Obnoxiously loud but fuck did it ever sound aggressive |
why not go to a dealership that has roush mustangs? i think brown brothers does. or post on vancouver mustangs if its still around. |
^ vancouver mustang's is dead. i miss the good ol days of that forum.. |
straight pipe it and call it a day |

i have them on my 2011. maybe things have changed but i don't have the "raspy/higher pitched at higher rpms" you mention. |
^ When I used to work at Key West Ford, would always have a huge smile on my face everytime I had to move those Mustangs. 3 or 4 years ago they had I think 4 or 5 Roush Mustangs over there, would be a good idea to give them a call and ask if it's still on the lot. The cars sound amazing |
