meh, no 128gb version is the real deal breaker IMO.

missed the BHPHOTO sale on the 128gb S6 for $599

then I thought, oh well the Note is coming out maybe i'll get that (thinking SD slot) no sd slot -_-

How's are Note phones on custom ROM/AOSP? I probably wouldn't like TouchWiz but I want to retain all the S-pen/multi-window functionalities.

Why would it? The pen removal triggers the screen to turn on and the app to run. You're not actually writing on the screen that's off.

The Note 5 and S6+ just came to the store today.

Fuck, both models are HOT! but they are difficult to hold and very slippery.
Finger prints are everywhere, too bad I just got my G4 2 months, otherwise I want the Note5

Want the S6+. But don't know if it's justify-able considering the cost coming from my Note 4.

I'm keeping my Note 4! Not much changes with the 5. Sd card ruined it.

I'm still on my note 3, note 5 is a total fail. They went more backwards then forwards with it. I'll wait till its out then try to snag a used note 4 for 300-400

they say 32gb but you know those apps you can't remove and OS updates take a whole fuck load of it up :heckno: still on my note 3 and i haven't noticed anything intensive slowing it down to a crawl for games...

but i saw the S6+ edge and it looked pretty amazing....yeah it doesn't have the pen,but i like how phones are getting no borders now,that last little space for screen only.

I would want the Note 5 for its snappiness, speed and camera. Just got a Note 4 and I'm loving it. But in heavy use the battery can drain pretty quick. I bought mine used, so the battery could be kinda weak, but I do have the option to buy a new one.

No removable battery in the Note 5 could be a problem...

I do like that the speaker is on the bottom; why they decided to put the speaker on the back on the Note 4 is beyond me. When the phone is on my couch screen up so I can glance at notifications, and I'm in the other room and get a message, I'll miss it sometimes because the ringtone was muted :mad:

Looking forward to an extended review and long term review from MKBHD. For now my Note 4 is great.

Yea, don't think the Note 5 is worth the upgrade from the Note 3/4...
