ZenBanx is doing exchange USD @ par promotion again for Civic holiday (August 3).

4-Should your account set-up be delayed for circumstances beyond your control, ZenBanx will still honour this promotion until August 17.

theyve done the exchange before as well.

They did the same par exchange on Canada day. It's an online only bank and the money is insured by DICO.

No you get a debit card too and you can withdraw in cash. In Canada and US

I still don't get this as no atm in Canada will let you take out the usd unless you drive all the way down there to use a random atm

you'd be using USD in USA... and therefore be in the USA when you need it haha..

You can either convert your $250 USD back into a CAD position [~$74 gain] -> keep it in ZenBanx or -> transfer it back to your own CAD bank account for free.

OR
You can withdraw those USD next time you're in the states at an ATM.

OR
When you're in the States, you can use the debit card for purchases at retailers.

.......they deposited $0.xx + $0.xx into your bank and then withdrew the sum of the two deposits back.

It's all part of the verification process.

Thanks for that. I just saw the withdrawal amount earlier today with no deposits... The deposits didn't show up until i just checked.

Anyone got their deposits in yet and exchanged? I added the 250 to my account a while ago but still have not been put into my account yet.

Same, I added $250 to my account over a week ago and it's still not showing up. I called Zenbanx and they told me that they're slow because of everyone signing up but we have until August 17th to do the 1:1 exchange to USD as long as you opened your account and made the $250 deposit on August 3 or earlier.

My 25 dollars got added.

I confirmed my micro deposits like a week ago but I still can't add funds to my account.. I sent them an email but no response.

How did you link your account? If you just entered banking info, you'll need to send them a 2nd piece of ID (credit card, bank statement, blank cheque).

It took awhile to get a reply email but they said they are EXTREMELY busy due to the promo.

I sent in a bank statement yesterday and was just fully verified today. Added funds today. Just waiting to exchange now

Did my exchange on Monday and they just added the difference today. My account shows $250 USD, or $326.13 CAD.

Shows an account total of $250 CAD, but 0 available balance.. Can't do anything with the money.
