The Great Canadian Volkswagen Show will welcome approximately 5000 car enthusiasts and their families to the Concord Pacific Expo Site. Air cooled and Water cooled, New and Old, VWs will be on display and ready for judging throughout the park. Families can enjoy taking part in a variety of activities and vendors will be showcasing what’s new and hot on the market.

Western Canada's largest VW event attracts some of the finest Stock and Custom VWs from around the Pacific Northwest, including many past and present Hot VWs Magazine feature cars (18+ cars shot at past GCVW shows). Over 100 awards in 48 Classes. All types of VWs in any condition welcome. Pre-registration is now Open. Dealer Displays, Swap Area, 50/50 Draw, Trivia Contests and more...an entire day of VW fun for the whole family!

The fee for Displaying your VW is $25 CAD. Registration on Sunday morning takes place from 8am to 11am, space cannot be reserved or guaranteed day-of-show.
Please note: For the safety of all spectators, once vehicles are parked in the show car area they must remain until after the awards ceremony which runs from approx 3:30-4:30pm.

Swap Meet Area spaces are available for every type of VW parts vendor. We offer small private (15' x 15') swap spaces for $40. Swap setup opens at 7am and closes when space is filled (on a first come, first-served basis) and is usually full by 10am. For Dealer Display and New Product Vendor areas, please contact the show administrator to pre-register

This year we have gone old school and done away with the pre registration. A simple new morning of registration is in effect!

Glad it's not on the same day as the RS meet this year, when I finally made it out to Concord Pacific last year half of the cars were gone or were leaving. Now I can see both shows in their entirety. Stoked!

Last year was ridiculous. RS, GCVW and BMW concours on the same day. My loyalty definitely lies with RS since they do so much for the community, but I was bummed to miss both the others, and to have so many quality cars missing due to other shows.

Yeah last summer's RS meet suffered because cars we're at the other shows.

About 5 cars are doing the pre-meet, but should be a few or several more.

Location of the pre-meet:

Downtown White Spot Parking Lot on West Georgia (the one next to Stanley Park).

Time:
8:00AM to 8:30AM to roll-in at the show at 9AM.

I have a question.

It says on the official website, quote:

I understand that if I park within the show car area, I need to stay until that time.

However, if I park just OUTSIDE that area, I am assuming I can leave at any time.

Is this correct?
