Ok, here are my findings with Ampere Pro

Aukey 10000mAh QC 2.0 -> 2110mAh (2.1A)
LG G4 Wall Charger -> 1840mAh (1.8A)

For LG G4, it seems that there is a charge limit in the kernel compared to other smartphones. Other users have posted about it on XDA.

I think other smartphones should be able to hit up to the 3000mAh (3A) limit of QC 2.0.

An extra 2000mAh is not worth paying an extra $10.. that's why I stuck with my 10000mAh one that should be good for two full charges of any smartphone.

I just got kid of a bulky 15000 mAh one, so I'm looking for something a little sleeker and lighter.

I bought the 12000Mah for my upcoming euro trip. Also hoping the surface pro 4 will support USB charging, if not, then I will leave this brick in the car.

Very possible since rumour has it it will use the new usb c connector. However they also said existing accessories will work so who knows.

When is QC3.0?

And also is there a slim battery pack that has a plug in it? Or probably not due parts needed like converter/transformer? I want to be able to charge digital camera batteries while on the go, and all I have is the wall plug to charge it on.

QC1.0 is like Honda SOHC Engine
QC2.0 is like Honda VTEC
QC3.0 is like Honda iVTEC

Should be launched along with Snapdragon 820

Anyone have suggestions on a portable battery pack that I can plug a two prong camera battery charger into?

QC 3.0 compatible devices aren't slated until early next year. You'll probably be waiting a few more months after that before your first chargers are released.

These battery packs are so cheap it's probably just better to buy one now when you need it and then get another next year when they become more mainstream/cheaper.

Anyone interested in the aukey 12000 mAh from Amazon at cost? Has quick charge 2.0, I think it was posted in this thread earlier.

I was gifted a 7000 mAh one, this aukey one came around a week ago, tested it out and that's it.
