Dunno if this is the right page, but just wanted to vent. Updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 9 and I hate it. Many apps won't work properly like music, snapchat, 5k runner, Safari etc. My phone is slow and the wifi barely works now. Last night I updated it to 9.0.1 and doesn't seem like it's fixed at all.

- Snapchat won't send messages on wifi. Only 3G
- music app is super busy and it took me a whole day just to figure out how to go to "all my songs, shuffle, and show what's playing now". It's a train wreck
- safari now struggles to load web pages. Anything from rev scene to google to porn. Happens on both wifi and LTE
- they changed almost every program, even things like notepad to make it a little less user friendly.

Clearly they are pushing the whole iCloud, wireless, voice activated features. But a shit load of people (myself included) like pressing buttons to make things happen. Even if the button is on a touch screen. I have Ford mysync in my car. It lets me control my dual climate all with my voice. Well gues what, I've never used it and just turn a knob to make an adjustment.

I hope Apple fixes lots of these bugs. I got my 6 last December and have loved it every single day since. That's of course until last week when I updated it to iOS 9. I want to throw it against a wall nowp

you should try a clean install first. wipe everything you dont need and set it up as a new iphone.

my iphone 5s seems fine after the update no issue at all.

Sucks to hear that, hope you get it resolved. I was skeptical at first everything seemed choppy but today it appears fine. I'm also on a 6.

Just got my 6s from Rogers last night. It's so fast, much smoother than the 6 plus I had recently upgraded to iOS 9 which kept lagging on the multi tasking view. Loving the 3D Touch as well, a game changer. Can't wait till developers start implementing in their apps. It's like having a right click mouse button.

Has anyone having problems with iMessage lately? My messages have been sending as a regular text but when I get a text I receive it as an iMessage. Using the iPhone 6 with the lastest update.

Same shit always happens when they release a big iOS update, non-updated phones start acting up :/ my 6 has been kinda weird ever since the release (non-updated)

What kind of cases are everyone using and are you happy with it?

I really like the leather cases from Apple. At first, I was appalled by the price, but I got it as a Christmas gift, and it has treated me well. You should get a case as the phone itself is quite slippery without one. Its worth mentioning that the colour does fade to black. My friend's red case has developed a not so nice looking patina. However, I got the midnight blue (which is almost black) and it looks pretty new after a year.

Using this one on my 6s.
I prefer the aluminum bumper versus the plastic ones. Fits really tight on 6s though since its ever so slightly beefier.

however, my main concern is how is the google implementation to iOS...

i absolutely do not like itunes...
all my music is on google play... and well google photos makes things easier as it just backs it up automatically and its unlimited

the iphone for me would be because i just want things to work...not having to tinkle around iwth stuff is key

I don't use google music much as I'm cheap and didn't want to pay. I did try it out before and it was pretty good comparing to android its pretty similar experience I didn't see much of a downfall.

As for google photos, it works well just make sure background app refresh is on and it will upload all your photos for you.

No problems on my phone, I'm on 9.1. The low battery mode alone makes it a worthwhile update.
