Google replaced mine with a refurb unit four months out of their 1-year warranty.

I have the 32GB model which is apparently a USA only model. This means only LG USA can do repairs -- and that only if you have an address in the USA. Instead of dealing with that hassle, I explained to Google my situation and they authorized a RMA for me. Two weeks later I had my replacement (and a black one too which is nice because I regretted getting white initially).

No boot loop on my replacement yet but battery life is spectacularly horrendous. Phone will also go from ~20% to zero within seconds sometimes.

welp my nexus 6p finally got the boot loop and with a dead battery. can't charge using the usb port on the computer. trying to figure out a way to flash it.

The battery on my Nexus 6P can barely hold a charge without dying about 6 hours in after a full charge.
