The wheels are:
Enkei Ammodo https://www.1010tires.com/Wheels/Enkei/Ammodo
18" x 8", Offset: 32
No spacers (the offset is pretty aggressive, and you can see they are near flush)
I bought the rims off craigslist for a whopping $200 for all 4. Fixed all the curbing damage, primed and painted them gold. I'm super happy with the result.
The center caps are from eBay, paid I think around $15. Painted them at the same time as the wheels. They do not fit these wheels, at all. And are being held in place right now with clear silicone... we will see how long that holds :-P
Tires:
Toyo Celsius
235/45/18 https://www.1010tires.com/Tires/Toyo/Celsius/128980
Looks like 1010 jacked their price back up for this size to $250+.
For three days, they were $207-208... long enough for me to get the price match :-P
Are you lowered at all? Looking at getting a similar setup for my R. 18x8 Fast FC04 with 225/45 WS80's. If the wheel gap at my stock height looks like yours I will be extremely pleased!

Stock suspension. It does look like I've dropped it a little. Very happy with how much budget little buy turned out :-)

Oranage Peel?
My paint looks fine, the rubber seals on the windows look like they can be peeled off easily..
I have not cleaned MY OEM wheels ever. so i dont know how bad the wheels look when they are clean.
No more worse than any other new sub-$40k car on the market. Personally, I consider the Type R to be "sub-$40k" because it is, at the end of the day, a Civic...
Both my 96 4Runner and 96 Integra GSR had better paint than my TSX or my R. A lot of that is because paints of today are cheaper and are kinder to the environment. Unfortunately this is how it is across the board. My neighbor's brand new S3 has a fair amount of orange peel as well.
EDIT: Put my winters on today. Very pleased with the result. Looks a lot better than the stock wheels IMO...

^ That is exactly what Tofu and I were just discussing lol. Nice car, good mods but I wouldn't call it Spoon without those wheels among other traditional Spoon mods.
