hard to believe the interior itself is 3k+ ......... |
May have saw Touringteg's ITR driving on W Georgia NB today, had a paper "C" hangar on the rearview mirror. Had the red interior, totally stock, mint as hell. Unless it was another one mint LHD ITR with red interior? |
i thought the car was still on the island? not 100% mint unfortunately... some cosmetic paint issues and minor 1/4 panel rust. |
His car is on the island. I've seen a few red interior ITR's in Vancouver and I know MPR has one too. |

fix the rust soon...i'd hate to see a clean CDM 01 get eaten. What's your next car? (I see both the 993 and R listed) |
someone refresh my memory: isn't there supposed to be a rubber gasket with a stainless steel strip inside that is supposed to protect the rear fender lip? i think i see it on one fender, but i don't see it on the other one... |

Really they just trap water and accelerate corrosion. |
Not the best offset for ITR's but 5x114.3 wheels in a 15 inch are pretty rare nowadays. Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 |
The car is in Victoria in my garage. Next car I am not sure. I will prob keep the 993 if this sells first. Just looked and the rubber was removed on the driver side by someone. The passenger rear still has the rubber cover and has more corrosion. That price is the craigslist testing the waters price. Remember thats 16k USD so it could go to the US who love the interior. That said I would rather this go to an RS member who will enjoy the car and will offer a nice discount. Pm me if you want to buy it :) |
Reading this thread makes me miss my old ITR. I've always wonder what happened to it since I sold it to a guy in Richmond a few years ago to help pay for the M3 I switched to. The car had a CF hood and trunk lid, Mugen twinloop and an old Momo Sistema steering wheel. Curious if anyone has any ideas to its whereabouts now or if its even alive :( https://scontent-sea1-1.xx.fbcdn.net...c0&oe=57658728 http://cdn.mkimg.carview.co.jp/minka...t=95252bd0cb24 |

$18,950 = $25,600 is a joke for that. That woulda sold for $12,000CAD 5 years ago. Not quite an apple to apple comparison but ITR's are on the rise and people are buying them up in the US. The exchange rate really changes the market up here. Up here $21,000CAD with 162,000kms and a touch of rust sounds like a pipe dream but....... In the states $15,500USD with 100,000 miles and clean title with a little bit of rust sounds like market value. The big question is Are US buyers shopping up here or does the importation costs and possible headaches make it not worth while? |
