E46s are surprisingly (other than the absolute pinnacle of them like 06 interlagos ZCP and the like) still dropping for the average model all over the states. Its just that our dollar being so fucked has masked it to seeming like e46s are flat or rising. All over U.S. the e46s are massive bargains. Good e36 m3s are climbing to overlap and eclipse some of the more mediocre e46s. |
You think it's unreasonably priced? They think it's unreasonably rare and value it's rarity. Are you seriously knocking on ITRs? Those cars were incredibly rare even when they were brand new and it's something that simply cannot be reproduced today even if Honda wanted to. How about those Corolla SR5 owners who want $5000 for an '85? |

Btw just saw an all original white E36 M3 4 door today in Vic. I rarely see a 2 door let alone a 4 door. |
Yeah people are going ballistic in the states on the forums because their 100k e46s are selling for the same price as e36s. Its because the market is so full though. Once stancebros and broke kids thrash all of them like they did the e36s, the market will climb back up again when all the models on the market are the extremes. There will be loads of shitbagged borderline scrap cars, and a handful of garage queens asking crazy money. The nice ones that aren't over the top will slowly creep up as more die off. Also, cool that you saw a nice e36 m3 sedan. They are hard to come by and such a great looking car in stock form. I wish mine was a sedan at times. |
i am looking for a ITR as well. white or yellow.. sigh |

its interesting to see where this is going. bought my 01, clean title ITR from the original owner with 50k km for 17k in 2006. Sold my 01 rebuilt title with 150km in 2007 for 15k. It's like every time I check the price has been the same for the last 10yrs |
18k is nuts for a stock ITR. Who would pay that? Even 15? Have they gone up that much is the past years? |
Try looking in Alberta? Lot of people selling their toys out there... |
Almost let my mint 01 ccw itr with 50k km go few years ago for $20k. Im glad I didnt. Looks like it will keep its value for a long time especially after I put collectible plates next year. |

A)Lots of people would pay it. B)15k would be a great deal. 15k isn't shit in the grand scheme of things. C)Yes, all exciting cars of the 80s and 90s have gone up that much in the past years. |

^^there are a few. A lot of ITR owners that have had theirs for a long time aren't really active on any forums or social media so on one knows that they are even in existence. I feel that I have been privileged enough to know of a few unicorns just sitting. I hope I am lucky enough to be in the right financial position to acquire one(or more) when their time comes to part. You think pricing is crazy now? Haha. Wait 5 years. <---I will own many before I'm buried. |

We can get the collector plate after 15 years on ITR? Quote:

i could remember 4 years ago when they were going for 10k.... damn...goodluck to those who got them back then knowing the prices now. |
Don't think you can get collectors plates for the type R. ICBC will probably lump it in with all other Integras just like they did with the 92-93 GSRs |
