Haven't really been active on HT until recently and came across this thread.
Police called me about my R - Honda-Tech
If op is on here, that 97 ITR in the pic belonged to a friend of mine. They ended up giving the car back with the interior and some of the engine stripped. I do have pics of the car after it was returned the the owner.

They've been discontinued for a while.
Your best bet is to try ebay or online.
You can try G5 locally or make a post on CL for used center caps.
