I just came back from a couple weeks of travel in some off roady places and I think I'm going to change out my Model 3 LR for either a Hybrid Land cruiser *OR* 4Runner Hybrid (when it becomes available!), those things are sick!

Just install tow hardware and bring a diesel generator trailer with you. 🫣

Yeah they're hitting a home run with these new TNGA-F trucks. The Tundra, Taco, GX, Land Cruiser are all so great. Imagine they do a plug-in hybrid 4Runner: cheap / no fuel costs during the week, hyper long-range expeditions on the weekends. Best of all worlds.

lmao, a 4Runner Prime is gonna be 100K lololol, but yes, I will want one too...
A new X5 is 100k, a RX Prime is over 100k, so it's not terrible. Anything slightly nicer or capable is hovering around 100k nowadays, inflation is a bitch. There's few outliers like the CX90
Pretty excited to see Volvo's entry to the electric minivan market as a Zeekr 009 wrapped in Volvo styling, even if it doesn't make it to North America. Kinda wish they would bring it here though...
Brand new 2023 Tesla Model 3 on the website, existing inventory.
It's now $49,490 before delivery and taxes.
After taxes and utilizing full rebates, it's $48,668.80 out the door
It's a very good price for immediate delivery

People forget that insurance costs here for the tesla is quite a bit more expensive than gas vehicles. People don't take that into consideration every year when going electric vs gas.
Oh Tesla insurance is stupid...ofc no one tell you this crap before you buy... my own fault for not doing research...
Driver factor 0.558
Exact same coverage
Exact same use
Exact same deductable 3mil, 300, 300
Exact same address
Exact same driver
literally the coverage is a carbon copy of my prius
Prius Prime = $1,810 per year (ICBC Basic + ICBC Comprehensive)
Model 3 = $5,117 per year (ICBC Basic + ICBC Comprehensive)
I literally asked the agent if he made a mistake, and he was like nope.
Joined facebook group, found out that ICBC was outrageous, changed plan literally 2 days after delivery.
Now my Tesla coverage = $2,080 (ICBC Basic + Family Insurance Comprehensive)
Still the exact same coverage, but I heard Family is an one-claim wonder, the moment you claim anything on it, you will never be able to buy the insurance at a reasonable rate again even if it is not your fault (ie hit and run, rock hitting windshielf on hwy etc etc), so driving extra careful with the Tesla lol....
If it was an actual collision (knock on wood) and not your fault, you are still good, cuz you wont be using your comprehensive....
