ehh I saw the VW bangbus at the LA autoshow and it's quite spacious and cool.
Dont forgot that 78k used to be the price of the model Y in 2021 and people bought those in droves.
^ I don't think charge speed is a issue here with Tesla as there's super charger, and it works, I don't think I've heard of anyone that owns a Tesla bitch that they don't charge fast enough, just that they are too cheap to install 240v.
Meanwhile all other legacies rely on public stations that barely exist, that doesn't really work and the chargers are always broken still? Or you can't get the software to work?

Charge speed matters when u got kids/friends/girlfriend with you.
Tesla’s slow curve gets worse when cold - took 1hr+ in Tahoe cuz charge rate halves when it’s just -15C outside.
If I was in a GM truck it’d be 15 minute stop - 250kw average even when cold compared to 45 on Tesla.
FWIW Electrify Canada/America is now very reliable;
BMW did an OTA update for the X5 recently. The software was supposed to provide more robust reporting of the electric drivetrain. All I've found so far is that the new software is buggy.
The instant kw/100km bar gets all twitchy sometimes after the update
The EV range estimate is showing full battery range when the battery is not full - typically happens on a quick 2nd trip where I dropped off a kid and the car was off for about 10 minutes.
The range remaining calculation is now more optimistic than before, whereas it was much more accurate before the update.
Even Stellantis' gen 1 battery tech is beating Tesla.
20-80% (60kw) in 23 minutes means 156kw. 62% higher charge rate than Model Y (50 kw in 31 minutes, 96kw average)

That's in the US though, and it seems to me that the US often has far better leasing deals, esp with EVs.

AstulzerRZD have you tried BMW IX? The facelift one has promise with efficiency upgrades. Still 400v though
I still don’t know what bmw IX says about the owner. Like it’s so friggin ugly and get so friggin expensive it kinda makes it like uhhhh… flexing. AstulzerRZD would agree ?
But you don’t think it’s like stealth wealth to driving something that ugly ? It’s like showing contempt for your fellow drivers but assaulting their eyes.

The IX can look okay if you completely black it out.
