The front strut to knuckle connections do not last very long 15 to 25k depending on how you drive….in a jaguar Land Rover vehicle they are designed to last 150,000 with a safety factor of 2…so 300,000 miles for the average user…
The bushes that connect the LCA to the body are made by a supplier in china that never ever produced bushes before…they last about 10% of the life of the vehicle…
The knuckle snaps off in an extreme event, like hitting a pothole at 55mph under full lock breaking scenario…
Chairman wanted the cheapest suspensions that was designed in record time…we designed and simulated the suspensions over a few months without any real world testing and kicked off manufacturing…
Jaguar Land Rover or Mercedes take 5 years to design, simulate, test, fix any issues and then retest for validation before production…they also use 20-30 engineers just for a suspension in that time, that team did it with 4 people…
Vinfast skipped the last 3 steps to save money and do it in time…you get what you paid for…

Nah... I just got V13... and it's almost like driving with a neural link connected to my mind. It does exactly how I think in my mind of what I'd do given any situation. Now that it does reverse as well, I can activate as soon as I sit into my car and buckled myself in and it'd do everything by itself.
Granted, I'm not a perfect driver by any mean, but if it does exactly how I drive and I have been accident-free for 23yrs, I figured it should be at least better than RMD C-lais. And if I had the option, I'd much prefer to have tons of me driving than C-lais.

I was talking to a dealership out here about the Ariya as a potential value buy, and they were willing to chip in an additional $5k off.
Still not low enough though. They priced these things way to high to begin with and it doesn't really compete on the usual metrics. I notice Astulzer never even mentions this thing haha.

The weird priority is why it costs so much; it leases worse in Canada than much better cars like BMW iX 50 loaner, Mach E GT with Brembo/Magneride and F150 lightning

Niche enthusiast choice, fun, awesome app handles all chargers, supports plug and charge, batteries and bluecruise work good.
Chevy Equinox/Blazer/Cadillac Lyriq.
Amazing value and all round package but kinda meh the deeper you dig into it.
Nissan Ariya
D tier:
Q4 etron ~ ID4 ~ EQB.
They work but have bad range, heating, charging, and broken apps.
F tier:
BZ4x/RZ/Solterra - BlackBerry Storm.
Burn it with fire. Terrible range, terrible charging (30kw DCFC).
Vinfast.
NSFEveryone - suspension collapses and apparently road debris will set the battery on fire
Looked into this some more, I think Ariya's actually better than Mach E.
- charge rate 10-90% is faster than Model Y.
- filament heated windshield & heat pump means winter should be good
- app actually works unlike VW
- has supercharger access & charge port is in the right spot
Cons? No one pedal driving option and trash audio system

When it weight 5800lbs and had a 18 month development timeline, you know they spent like 5 minutes on the suspension/safety assist/battery attachment/etc.
The Giulia had a 24ish month timeline from established OEM and that was already considered breakneck speed
