Saw a few new cars on the streets this week, saw a ioniq5 in front of a model y and it looks like they are the same size, way bigger than the hatch back design implies.
Then I saw a mx30 today, I barely noticed it until I saw the weird side doors. Looks super ordinary like any Mazda SUV.
You were proven incorrect but still insist. Wellingdon are 6 people lane but OK decal is allowed.
Your map also clearly stated municipal HOV are not included.
It's not my map, it's a map of provincial highways from the provincial government so i'm pretty sure it's correct as they are the ones that issue the EVOK stickers. What is so hard to understand about this? At no time was I discussing municipal roads, just provincial highways. Each municipality can do what they want and residents of those areas would know more about them than I would. The map doesn't list what's going on on local roads in Burnaby or Vanderhoof but it doesn't make the map from the provincial government any less correct.

I've started to see a few VW ID.4's around the Langley area and it looks pretty nice. Once they start ramping up production in North America more I think it will be a serious contender in the small EV SUV market.

Totally agree, the ID4 is priced very well for the segment and people will tend to go towards VW than Hyundai or Kia.

I was just looking at the VW site, it's reasonably priced compared to its competition.
Makes me wonder how the Toyota BZ4X and Subaru Solterra are going to be priced out.

And for the ppl considering none Tesla EVs, will they be able to ota update the car for you? Or will you have to go to the dealer, I was testing a 21 leaf and they still had software glitches in the radio/ cluster on the test drive that the sales guy said it was a glitch and needed an update
I guess that's still the way the traditional makers build their cars.
I thought the 8k rebates is based on the base model MSRP. Therefore, the ionic 5 and EV6 will still qualify?
The Federal $5,000 should qualify for all trim levels according to the video below from an Ontario dealer, while the $3,000 BC rebate will not qualify for any trim above $55,000.
So the lowest 3 trims will hav $8k rebates, while the top 2 will have $5k.
