I know, the Hemi sounds great on my Ram especially with the dual exhaust.
The Ford V8 and the Chevy 6.2 V8 also sound great! |

It was well serviced and most of the major work has been recently done within the year.
Was due for a set of tires though, which we were going to change anyway.

edit: roastpuff, i forgot to add that it was little things with the interior of the f150 that won me over. if you go and sit in the f150 you'll notice that the b-pillars sit further back from where the drivers seat is in comparison to the ram. in the ram my shoulder would rub up against the b-pillar and it kinda drove me nuts. also, the flat floor in behind drivers/passenger seats is such a huge plus. theres tons of room for groceries and i've fit a 50" tv(still in the box) back there quite easily. | Yeah, I notice the b-pillar thing when I'm doing shoulder checks - the F-150 is a bit easier to check your shoulder as the pillar isn't in the way. Luckily they don't rub my shoulders in my Ram so that's not bothering me. The flat floor of the F-150 is nice, for sure. Ram has a transmission hump so they have the fold-out flat floor, but it robs some of the height clearance. But man these trucks have a ton of cab room in a crew cab model!
I liked the Ram interior because it "felt" better - less hard plastics and more soft-touch materials that felt nicer, at least in the trim level (Sport) that I was looking at. Quote: Quote:

| I'm actually doing good around town considering that the place I live in is hilly and it's really short trips of a few km each way, is that in Vancouver traffic that you're getting that MPG?

you can always upgrade those to FX-R projectors and drop in HID
I've got morimoto mini h1 on my 2010, FX-R is too big to fit in 2010 quad lights but H1 projectors with hid is a huge improvement over stock reflective halogen

I've got morimoto mini h1 on my 2010, FX-R is too big to fit in 2010 quad lights but H1 projectors with hid is a huge improvement over stock reflective halogen | The projectors are not very good, and the stock bulbs (it's not HID, it's just regular halogen in an optically poor projector) are kind of weak. I swapped them out to LED and it's improved quite a bit, but still nowhere close to a good HID setup.
Mekaw, to upgrade the projector requires baking the headlights and then peeling them apart before re-sealing them closed so I'm reluctant to do that. My current LED swap will have to do.

I'll have to think about it if I get pissed off at the lights again, or maybe I can just add a light bar haha. My fog lights with CREE MK-R bulbs help out immensely for now.

Bought a 90 Honda CRX Si recently on impulse and planned to autoX it and eventually restore the body for collector plates. The lady I bought it from had owned it since new! I don't have the space for anymore so I have decided to sell it if anyone is interested.
Bonus: You can see my neighbour's restored EF hatch and his EP3 that was originally owned by Richmond RCMP |
