Asia Trip - Taiwan/Korea/Japan

Ill be heading out for Asia at the end of march for about 3 weeks!
Going with one other friend. We are both down to explore and eat everything:yuno:
For the most part. I have a good idea of what ill be doing in Taiwan + Japan but currently have no clue about korea..

Would love to get some pro tips or recommendations for each place.
Am I bringing enough or not?

My itinerary
Taiwan
- 3 days Taipei
- 2 days Kaohsiung

Korea
- 5days Seoul
Japan
- 11 days in Japan
- First 7 days we will be staying in Osaka (shin osaka, close to the JR rail station)
- Day trip hiroshima
- Day trip Kyoto
- First half day Nara, Second half day Kobe
- 2 Days in osaka (not including arrival day)
- Last 5 days in Tokyo (Shinjuku area)

My budget plan - this is what ill take with me over in person
$600-700CAD in Taiwanese currency
$200CAD in Korean currency
$200CAD in Japane currency
1000-1500CAD cash (I was told the exchange rate is better in Korea + Japan?)
Any extra cash needed will be taken out of my debit card.

If your accommodations are already paid for, I feel you might have too much cash for Tw (and generally Jp/Kr). Unless you're a heavy shopper / drinker and visiting clubs.

Hotel, flights, JR pass is already paid for. The cash at hand would be for food, attractions, transit, shopping.

Planning to club in taiwan, moderate shopper (if i like something ill buy it but im not exactly into high fashion)
