I'm 99.9% sure he's asian (judging from user ID) and his parents bought him that car(student @ BCIT and lack of maturity).

... Reving your engine pass 4k RPM while in Park or Neutral...
Don't be that guy.

Just search "private modder" on craigslist, that's the guy to see to solve all your problems.

Three weeks from now: "C63 AMG crashes into tree at XXX Km/h."

The ecu is trying to stop you from going full retard, never go full retard.

LenovoTurbo 01-11-2016 08:17 AM

OP is just probably trying to do a quick launch. He probably saw youtube videos of manual cars launching and want to do the neutral drop. Redline in N and dropping into D for the sweet peel off.

Don't forget to turn off traction control.

reminded me of the black Mercedes C63 AMG that went airborne and crashed into a tree on southwest marine drive on April 2015. Driven by 18 yr old with a 17 year old passenger. Don't know if the passenger survived or not.

excellent poster, would read again. a++++

I think it's time to re-vamp the Unofficial RevScene Stock & Noob Meets. Will be sure to have a prize for loudest C63 rev over 4000rpm!

I'll be sure to host it at Ironwood Plaza in Richmond. ;)

Gumby 01-12-2016 09:10 AM

I think my grandma's 2000 Civic can rev over 4000rpm in P or N...

Klondike 01-12-2016 06:26 PM

You'll have to get the spark plug delete tune to remove the rev limiter :troll:

Spoiler!

Left-Foot braking while you pedal to the metal on the throttle is guaranteed to work.

Trust me, I see other C63 owners do it too and they feel really cool :troll:

thebrownboy 01-15-2016 03:19 PM

Should have bought the facelift model. Got a 2012 and I can rev past 4 while in P :alonehappy:
Mind you I only do it in the winter because it's only insured and driven in the summer. Start it up every couple weeks and rev it a bit so my ears can orgasm. Swear to god the thing gets louder the colder it is.

Don't ever do it in public. First off it's still a C class and second, you'll look like a jackass whose trying to make up for his tiny d*ck.
