I'm about to take possession of a house that has an unfinished basement, and will need the main floor updated (kitchen/bathrooms/flooring), anyone have someone they had a good experience with? Also the foundation is cracked and will probably need some piers and foam sprayed underneath and I'm looking for some companies that specialize at it. I have a quote from one company but looking for a few others to compare pricing.
