Leg Muscle Indent/Gap/Seperation

Week ago, after I took a hot shower, a small area of my leg (between calves/achilles) became itchy. As I was scratching, I noticed there was a small bump/lump mass. Next day, I noticed that area beside the mass, there's a small gap/indent/separation, as though my muscle separated.

When I run my fingers along that area and press inwards the muscle, it will be all muscles, "gap" and then muscle. That gap isn't like sunk it as though nothing exists from the looks of it, but when I feel it, feels like muscle separated/disappeared.

This is tough to explain (apologizes for making anyone go what the heck is this guy talking about), but I can't seem to find details online. I don't do leg work out exercises either.

Do you have a lump elsewhere? If muscles separate from the bone they bunch up on the other end of the muscle. Is the other leg not like this one? Is there any pain? Try massaging the area and seeing if the muscle loosens up.

Berz out.

Didn't realize I've had this indent on my leg for over a year now. Last week I noticed my indent giving me slight discomfort, 1 being minor to 10 being serious, it's on a 1 scale.

Last year I did ultrasound and they said nothing was abnormal. I'm not sure if it's the stress and anxiety I'm going through that's giving me the discomfort, along with lack of exercise of the leg.

Going to go to doctors and get it checked up again to make sure there's no changes.

It's the Soleus and Gastrocnemius muscle area.
