| Lamborghini Countach - Any Local ?
Hello Fellow RS'ers.
Reaching out for your help! I'm looking for a Lamborghini Countach locally or somewhat close.
As you might know, my marketing agency - Drive Marketing Group has been working with Vancouver International Auto Show and we're looking to complete a certain display which would need a Lamborghini Countach - As you know, they aren't easy to come by.
If anyone knows anyone, please do give me a shout! Free Auto Show tickets for the referral!
I can be reached at josh@drivemarketinggroup.ca
Thanks guys!

Didn't the shop "Corvette Specialties" use to have one in their shop as a show piece?

There is a red on white leather one in town, I've seen it in Yaletown. Immaculate.
I smiled when I saw a post about the Countach. The epitome of the bedroom poster supercar. Just riding in one, letting alone owning one one day would complete my life.
Fun fact:
Tire sizes for Countach
Fronts: 225-50R15.
Rear: 345-35R15.

I know someone with a yellow one, but it never sees the light of day on the road will let them know and see if they're interested.
also see a white one all the time in maple ridge, when the weather is nice, but heard people say its a kit car, doesn't look like one though |

back in the day when my dad owned a jaguar (RIP ) he used to go to silk cat in north vancouver. for the longest time there was a customer white countach getting it's fuel and ignition system repaired at the back of the shop. maybe give them a call and ask if it's still around and might be available for what you are hoping to do. http://silkcat.ca/Home
have you tried asking lamborghini of vancouver if they have a customer with one?

This pic was taken a couple of years ago. Ex US car (back when the dollars were better) and was being semi restored by this shop. Car was leaking oil when I parked under it.
Car was improperly repainted the first time. Painter underestimated how hot the exhaust got. When the shop rebuilt the exhaust and fired the car up, the painted just melted right off.
I'm sure it's all good by now. Shop is gone after lead builder moved away.

^ Ya was gonna ask about that! Seriously WTF...looks like a terrible ricer mod.
But at least it doesn't have the square US spec bumper like the black one. Seriously wtf was DOT thinking in the 80s. Look at those after-thought rectangular sidemarkers. Just awful.

90% sure that Red one is a replica. The wheelbase looks like stock Fiero wheelbase. It's probably protected by glass and fence because the owner doesn't want to be exposed when someone sees the stock Fiero interior.
This guy made a replica as well. Not local but note the wheelbase

I know there's a legit red on white one floating around Langley somewhere. Used to see it all the time during summer months.

I'm just surprised Timpo didn't post a GTR as a viable replacement.
