For me was looking forward to this phone till they said no USB c yet! I meant fuck 2016 new phones coming out should come with USB c since this will be the standard and future! I mean come on even 2015 have USB c!

Finally have to abandon the Blackberry wagon and retire my Z30 for a S7 edge.

Going to miss a streamlined OS with real productivity.

And Im going to hate BB for making me suffer with shitty android.

just put down a deposit for the s7 edge at the samsung store at metrotown
it'll be fully unlocked and will come with the Gear VR and 128 gb MicroSD card.

Not bad and helps soften the blow a bit

They said only the black version will be available in Canada (for the pre-order at least). I couldn't wait as I wanted the bonus stuff but overall I'm not disappointed since you can't really go wrong with black.

just placed a deposit for S7 in silver, will come with VR goggle and 128gb sd card; to be picked up on launch day.

PS: they do ask you if you would like to trade in any phones, my OnePlus One was worth $6 dollars...

All pre-orders should be getting the VR Gear AFAIK.

Apparently this is only if you buy it from the Samsung Store.

I'm still debating whether to buy it straight up from the Samsung store or renew my contract early. I still have 8-9 months left on my contract

I wonder if the VR headset and the micro sd card would make the $1,000 price tag a bit more manageable

Gear goes for anywhere from $100 to $140. Once the pre-orders are fulfilled and everyone gets their VR then Craigslist/eBay will be completely filled with ads to sell it once people play with it for a few days.

phones are coming out too fast
i felt like i just got my s6 not long ago lol got it when it first came out too.
very tempting to get the s7 lol i hope they improve the battery from s6

edit: ooohhh and it is improved hope its actually true

called a rogers store and customer line about the 128gb sd, and they said it did not come with it
