Busted?

Fraudster who allegedly sold fake Bieber tickets on Kijiji busted

Is it too late now to say sorry?

An alleged fraudster is facing charges after a mother and daughter who travelled from the central Okanagan to Vancouver to see Justin Bieber in concert told police they paid more than $600 for tickets that turned out to be fakes.

Mounties say Giuseppe Farinella, 38, of Port Coquitlam is facing one count of fraud and possessing identity documents and is due in court March 21.

“For many, Friday night’s ... concert in Vancouver was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that they will never forget,” said RCMP spokesman Const. Jamie Phillipson in a release Tuesday. “For others, anger and disappointment after they unknowingly spent hundreds of dollars on counterfeit tickets.”

Maybe it's just me but the guy in this thread does not look like he's 38 year old (let alone with a very Caucasian name).

Giuseppe Farinella is a pretty Italian sounding name.
If that guy is a 38 year old Italian, I need to get my eyes checked.

ResidentSleeper

As opposed to buying from resellers that are owned by Ticketmaster so they just buy themselves out in seconds to resell at a 500% markup? You mean that kind of scammers?

Fast Coin =/= Your Face going Viral

I guess more people when they are young find ways to make " fast cash " without the thought of others feelings and such
Hopefully after being put on blast over social media, news and local forums
OP will learn from this..

I wonder if Timpo bought legit Bieber concert tickets or almost got scammed by this scammer, aka Mr. Hugo Boss. :lawl:

Timpo sounds like a big Bieber fan based on his avatar. :suspicious:
