I heard that her next lawsuit is against the tree that PW crashed into. |
And the person who planted it. Berz out. |
Some closure, at last! Running after Porsche is not the answer. Roger Rodas was behind the wheel and operating the car in an unsafe manner. Blame lies squarely on Mr. Rodas shoulders. |

He willfully got into the vehicle (a high performance racing machine) with someone whom he co-owned a performance shop with, someone whom he raced with, a good friend, etc. That's like me getting into the car of a drunk person and then getting mad that they crashed. |
im craying now |
damn, shes hot. |
Only in America, can some one really sue a car company? Like really there are millions of cars accidents a year. Imagine if they all got sued, all this money grabbing is really disrespecting the deceased. |
What are you guys complaining about? Same thing would happen here except it would be through ICBC and this is exactly why you max out your optimal coverage at $5mill and don't give rides to people with super high paying careers... I'm being serious there... I've seen tonnes of friends sue other friends they were riding with for injuries when shit happened. It's totally normal. |
