Hi to all

Just signed up a 2 year phone contract with Telus on April 14, 2016 and got myself a brand new Samsung S7. Since I didn't buy it right out from Samsung store, may I know will I still eligible to receive a free wireless charger from Samsung at https://pages.samsung.com/galaxyGift?carrier=telus

Please kindly advise ASAP.

According to the Terms and Condition, as long as they still have the stock, you just need to fill out form and submit a proof... Theres no harm in trying.. if it doesnt work, you dont loose anything...

The problem is that I got the phone from Best Buy Mobile on Apriul 14, 2016, last night I attempt to submit my IEMI for the redeem bit the web site says this IEMI has already been redeemed. Please contact 1800-SAMSUNG. So what should I do right now ?

Should I go back to Best buy Mobile to deal with it ??

what the fuck. i just tried doing this for my sister cause she recently got an S7 with telus and it says that "this IMEI has already been redeemed." not sure how thats possible considering she doesn't even know about this promotion.

I am in the same boat with you. I feel the frustrations for you. So I simply contact Samsung this morning. Sad. Need to hear from them soon.

Dunno if it's improved on the S7, but I bought a Samsung wireless fast charger for my Note 5 and it sucked. Returned it, got a different one, sucked. Took the case off, still sucked. Doesn't work, and note worth it IMO
