Body shop for inspection in downtown area

I'm considering the purchase of a car which has a "collision" insurance claim dating back to 1994. The current owner doesn't have details of how severe the damages were. The car was also fully repainted around 2004. I'm looking for a body shop, preferably in the downtown Vancouver area, that could inspect the car. The goal would be to determine if the car is straight, if damages were properly repaired and get an appreciation of the quality of the paint job that was done. I called Integra but they suggested I look elsewhere, as they apprently aren't equipped to properly inspect the car... Any suggestions?

Really? I'm from out of the province so I'm not familiar with BCAA's services... Around here, CAA definitely wouldn't be my first pick for an expert opinion on body work!

I thought you meant a general inspection on a used car. Sorry. I would probably ask a detail shop as they deal with paints and defects normally, unfortunately I do not know of any in the DT Vancouver. Good luck!

No, I have my trusted mechanic for that... I need someone who can evaluate specifically the quality of the paint job and body work. Thanks for your help!
