I went a few times with a bunch of Co-workers when it first opened up in Edmonton. All things considered it was fun and better organized than most go kart experiences I have been in (Minus the old out door stratotech course in Fort Saskatchewan but that is a very different experience). It's nice to know there is a good option for when the rain rolls around and I start getting bored of sitting indoors.

In other news, Richmond Go Karts now has TBC's old karts. Gonna try that instead
IMO Speeders is better than TBC (for now). Different kind of fun factor. Karts are not slow if you carry enough speed into corners in racespeed (55km). Prospeed will require much more precise steering and throttle inputs in order to achieve good lap times. And prospeed karts are not slow, it is faster than a L0206 engine spec'd kart.

Also, Karts are setup with mild understeer because it will be safer for the general public. If your kart understeers every corner, you are entering the corner too hot.

If you want straight line speed, you should go westcoast kart club and pay the 300 dollars arrive and go program. You get 120km top speed. Indoor karting was never about straight line speed. It is all about precision and consistency. Which is the basic skill for all kind of motorsports.

I would love to race with you and your friends both at TBC and Speeders. These are my personal best at this two locations. Not fast but trying to improve everytime i go.

TBC: 28.144 sec
Speeders (racespeed): 21.306 sec
Speeders (prospeed): 20.279 sec

Went there once with my friends. The facility is nice, clean, and organized. We found it a tad bit expensive, but we understood since everything is still brand spanking new. Overall fun experience and would go again, but only occasionally.
