Multi-City Flight/Hotel/Car

Been spending the past few hours trying to figure out the cheapest method to book a flight/hotel/car.

Vancouver to Las Vegas to San Francisco to Vancouver (Jul 25 to Aug 1).

I went on Expedia and it allows me to put together Vancouver to Las Vegas return with flight/hotel/car, but can't seem to do it for Las Vegas to San Francisco leg.

Seems easier to book each item individually for Las Vegas & San Francisco, but the costs appears to be higher. At this point, I think booking the flight individually and then book hotel/car for both cities.

Maybe some of you travel gurus can chime in for traveling to multi-cities, how to get the best deals? Thanks guys.

Not sure about multi city flights but I went to San Fran last year and the hotel prices were insane. We stayed in Sacramento/Oakland/Napa valley instead and just drove the 30-45 minutes to San Fran.

My fiancé took a flight from San Fran to Vegas a few years back 1 way and it was $30.
