need some help

hi Guys,

Figured since you guys would know where to go, this fellow from spain:
CaironCrazy

is staying here at the hostel (1515 discovery street)and he's looking for a few places to box and ship his gixxer1000 to either south korea, or russia(he speaks limited english). He rides his bike so he would need to have it shipped on the same day etc.

he's travelling the world on his gixxer and started in spain june 7th and plans to be back in madrid by august 7th.

If you guys know of any good places or someone he can talk to for costs?

for example he was planning to go from anchorage but was quoted 6k
so he came down here based on his sponsor's suggestions to secure passage in vancouver.

Thanks for any replies i'll see him in the morning so anything will be helpful!

I thought about sending my Duc to NYC for a photoshoot at one point, didn't end up doing it. Palletized, from Blaine to NYC, Port-To-Port with one week travel time was like $600 + insurance.

IIRC I tried through uship.com/motorcycles

There were a few recommended ones as well if no one else chimes in I'll look em up.

I know Air canada has a program where you can travel with your motorcycle in the airplane.

https://www.aircanada.com/cargo/shar...ENG_062015.pdf

Maybe the airline he is using has something similar?

So he tried a few places, and they are pretty much dicking him around price wise, looks like he'll be here for a few more days at least, any bike meets or cruises he can check out while here and experience the scene and Vancouver hospitality?
Lmk and I'll pass it on. Cheers.
He's staying in the Spanish banks area so nothing too far heh
