Anyone have NCS Expert tool/cable? Will pay to use!

Hello Revscene, long time no see!

Hopefully one of you guys can be so kind to help me out.

I have got a 2011 Mini S, and I want to use the BMW NCS Expert Tool to turn off the DRL's so my euro fog lights will actually work... The alternative is to flash euro software on it but they quoted me a ridiculous $250...

If you have knowledge of the tool even better, I was just going to wing it with what I see online.

Beers, cash, dinner, let me know what you guys consider a fair price. Or if you know a shop ill go there and get a quote, I could not find any.

I had someone deactivate my DRLs with PA-Soft, I'd suggest looking into that (very simple interface too)

Just searched it up and seems good too! Are you able to direct me to that someone? I don't want to invest in the cable, would rather just pay a nominal amount for his time.

Looks like its almost the same sort of deal with NCS expert. Apparently the PA soft cable, and NCS cable are not interchangeable. I am open to both, just want to get it done.

Just spoke with him, unfortunately he doesn't have the most recent version for newer cars

I have a OBD wifi adapter that works with all BMW E chassis n some mini R chassis. Do u know what chassis is ur mini? If supported it might just be a quick few taps using an app to code.
