He made the video private now since it has nothing to do with OP's case
Coles Note:
- Guy in scooter (or bike? I forgot) spotted a Challenger with similar description parked at a plaza
- Challenger was parked in a handicap spot poorly (with wheels sticking outside the stall onto the adjacent curb) like a douchebag
- Challenger also had damage on the driver side fender
- Driver returns to car and peels off swerving like a faggot.
Uh no this doesn't work. Recent example where someone got hit by a right turning truck w/ trailer by knight st and west minister hwy. The person got the license plate of the trailer and thought that would be enough. Surprise surprise icbc rejected it.
It best to get the license plate and description of the driver and then a police report.
Not really the same thing. If they were hit by the truck, having the trailer plate isn't gonna help.
