Shops that clean air vents

Are there shops that professionally clean your air vents?

I can literally smell crap when I use my defroster with AC off. I tried using the foam in a can thing from lordco, where you spray into the vents and air it out, but didn't work.

I want to get right to the source of these bad smell rather than use some air freshener to cover it up.

Almost any method found on google, I've tried it.

I wish I can stick something from the inside of my car into every duct and just push/scrape out everything to the outer vents.
